The principles of mediation

WILLingNESS

It only starts if the parties decide and in turn can terminate the process whenever they wish.

IMPARTIALITY

The mediator does not propose or impose solutions, but rather remains neutral, independent and impartial throughout the mediation process.

FLEXIBILITY

The process is adapted to the circumstances of the matter and the parties: duration and number of meetings.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Neither the mediator nor the parties, unless they agree otherwise, may disclose its content in a judicial or arbitration proceeding.
